Richard Dean Anderson as Colonel Jack O'Neill
Richard Dean Anderson is geboren was born January 23 1950. His father was a teacher at the local school and his mother is a very good artist in both sculpting and painting.
He was born in Minneapolis in the state Minesota.
Richard dreamed of becoming a professional hockeyplayer when he grew up. But at the age of 16 he broke both arms in two seperate accidents and he had to give up his dream. Although he had to give up his dream, he is still a big fan of the game.
He studied drama at the Ohio University but never graduated.
In 1976 he was cast to play the role of Dr Jeff Webber in the hitserie *General Hospital*. He played the role for five years and then he thought it was time for him to move on.
In 1985 he auditioned for the role which would make him famous around the world, *MacGyver*. Because he is narrowsighted he asked if he could wear his glasses to read the script, something that immideatly convinced the producers they had the right man for the job.
*MacGyver* run for seven seasons.
Richard made his first movie appearance in the movie *Ordinary Heroes* in which he played a soldier who gets blind three days before returning home from Vietnam.
In 1992 speelde he played a cop in the movie *In The Eyes Of a Stranger* and as a stalker of Marg Helgenberger in the movie *Through The Eyes of a Killer*.
In 1994 he played the part of abusive husband in the movie *Beyond Betrayal*.
In 1997 he started playing in the series *Stargate SG1* as Colonel Jack O'Neill and his character got promoted to Brigadier General in season 8.
The series run for ten succesfull seasons followed by two equally succesfull movies.
Richard Dean Anderson never married but he has been living together with Apryl Prose since 1996.
They have a daughter together, Whylie Quint Annarose Anderson was born August 2 1998.

Amanda Tapping as Lt. Col. Samanta Carter
Amanda Tapping was born August 28 in Rochford, England.
Amanda has got many talents and during her study at the North Toronto High she won the Dramatic Arts Award and the Environmental Science Award.
After that she studied Drama at the Windsor School for Drama in Windsor and then four more years for theatre.
Her big breakthrough came in 1997 when she played Samantha Carter in *Stargate SG1* and she played the role eleven years.
Now she produces and stars in her own series called *Sanctuary*.
The series was first only available online, but will be broadcast on television as well. The series ismomentarely running it second season.
Amanda is married to Alan and they have a daughter Olivia, born August 22 2005.

Michael Shanks as Dr. Daniel Jackson
Michael Shanks was born December 15 1970 in Vancouver.
During college he played hovkey and rugby, was a member of the students couciling and played theatre.
He went to the University of Britisch Columbia to study finances and business, but did not get his degree cause he failed math.
He went back to theatre and graduated in 1994. After a couple of small roles in *Madison* and *Highlander*, he auditioned for the role of Dr. Daniel Jackson in 1997.
He left the series after five seasons cause he was not satisfied about his use of character in the series.
But a fancampaigne to get him back into the series worked and he returned in season 7.
During the ten years the series ran Michael produced and written himself.
He produced the episode *Double Jeopardy* and wrote the episodes *Evolution* and *Resurrection*.
Together with his good friend and co-star Christopher Judge Michael begun a productioncompany named Slackwaddle Productions.
They are busy as producers and actors in a serie written by Christopher Judge, but there is not much known about the series right now, cause they are still planning.
Michael has a daughter Tatiana born in 1998 with his former partner Vaitiare Bandera ( Sha're in Stargate SG1)
He married Lexa Doig in 2003. He met her on the set of Andromeda when he was playing a guestrole in the series.
Their daughter Mia Tabiths was born September 13 2004 and their son Samuel David was born March 19 2006

Christopher Judge as Teal'c
Christopher Judge was born October 13 1967.
All though he always wanted to be an actor, he started his career as an succesfull atlete.Christopher Judge is geboren op 13 oktober 1967.
He went to the University of Oregon on a football scholarship. First he studied med, but he was not good in math.
He may have had his problems with his studies, but he was excellent in sports.
He was a good basketballplayer and his coach wanted him to stop playing football. But Chris refused cause footballplayers get all the chicks.
But he was also very good in playing football, he won the title of All American three times and played in the Hula Bowl.
All American is the college variation of the title Most Valuable.
He was the best of the best from all the collegeteams and to make it all the way to the Hula Bowl, which is the college variation of the super bowl, is a great achievement.
His first steps in the world of acting came when he won a contest for a radioshow in Oregon. He played his first role in a movie called *Bird On a Wire* in 1990.
After that he played many parts but his big break through came when he started to play the role of Jaffa Teal'c in *Stargate SG1*
Chris is married and has three children. Christopher Jordan ( 17 ), Cameron Justin ( 14 ) and Katrina Katherine ( 9 )

Don S Davis as Major General George Hammond.
Don S Davis was born August 4 1942 in Aurorain Missouri. He was a captian in the US army and was stationed at Korea in the 1970's.
Don received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in theater and arts from Southwest Missouri State University in 1965.
Upon leaving the army, Don began working toward a Masters Degree in theater at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, he got his Degree in 1970.
Don is also a painter and woodcarver.
He is best known for his role as Major Garland Briggs in the series *Twin Peaks* and his portrayal of General George Hammond in the series *Stargate SG1*.
But he also performed in several movies like *Miracle*, *Alaska*, *Look Who's Talking* and *A League Of Their Own*.
Don married the love of his life, Ruby Fleming in July 2003.
Don S Davis died June 29 2008 after a massive heart attack.

Joe Flanigan as Lt. Colonel John Sheppard.
Joe Flanigan was born January 5 1967 in Los Angeles, California.
Joe began his acting career while attending the Ojai Valley School where he played Stanley Kowalski in a theatrical production of the play *A Streetcar named Desire*.
Then at the University of Colorado, where he received a degree in History, he again appeared on stage in the title role of *Coriolanus*.
Then he landed a regular role as college student Brian Cordovas in the series *Sister*. And leading roles in other series, like the miniseries Danielle Steel's *Family Album* and *Deadline for Murder*.
He soon became a favorite for recurring and guest-starring roles on popular sit-coms and drama's like *Profiler*, *ER*, *Dawson's Creek*, *Providence*, *Judging Amy* and *CSI Miami*.
He also played in movies such as *A Reason to Believe*, *The Other Sister* and *Farewell to Harry*.
From 2004-2009 Joe played the role of Lt. Colonel John Sheppard in the series *Stargate Atlantis*.
Among Joe's upcoming projects will be a post-Atlantis film called *Stargate Extinction*.
Joe is married to Katherine Kousi and they have three sons, Aidan, Truman and Fergus.

Torri Higginson as Dr Elizabeth Weir
Torri Higginson was born December 9 1969 in Burlington in the state Ontario. At the age of eighteen she moved to England where she studied acting at Guildhall in London.
She has been very active in film and televisionsproductions in Canada.
In 2000 she won a Gemini Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role for her performance as Katherine Stratcham in *The City*.
On television she also head leading roles in *The Storm of The Century*, *Balls up*, *Hidden Room* and *Family of Cops 3*.
In addition she had guest roles in *Twice in a Lifetime*, *The Outer Limits* and *PSI Factor*.
Her feuture work includes leading roles in *Airborne*, *Double Take*, *Synapse*, *Jungle Ground* and *Vitacane*.
She is also remembered in the role of Mary in the multiple Academy Award winning movie *The English Patient*.

Mini-Biography
It was in high school at Toronto's St. George's College Choir School for Boys that David first appeared in 8mm and 16mm student films by classmate Vincenzo Natali, the future writer-director of *Cube*, *Cypher* and *Nothing*.
Hewlett dropped out of school his senior year in order to pursue both computer and acting careers starting in the late 1980s when he appeared in low-budget horror films like *The Darkside* and *Pin* and guested on TV shows such as *My Secret Identity* and *Friday the 13th*. Throughout this he also earned a living as in-house computer expert at the messaging network Voice-Tel Canada.
In 1996, after a series of Canadian movies such as *Scanners 2* and *Desire and Hell at Sunset Motel* and an occurring TV role in *Kung Fu: The Legend Continues* David landed his next high profile role, as computer whiz Grant Jansky on the hit Canadian series *Traders*. This earned him two Gemini Award nominations, which was later followed by a Golden Sheaf award for the short film *Elevated* where he played a security guard convinced he is under attack by marauding aliens.
David moved to Los Angeles and earned a high-profile role in an episode of *ER*, but ironically made more of a mark back in
Canada — appearing in three episodes of the Vancouver-shot *Stargate SG-1* as astrophysicist Dr. Rodney McKay, now of the *Stargate Atlantis* team.

Paul McGillion as Dr Carson Beckett
Paul McGillion was born on January 5 1969 in Paisley, Scotland but emigrated with his family to Canada as a child. He's worked extensively in film, TV and theatre and is best known for the role of 'Dr.Carson Beckett', the loveable Scottish physician on *Stargate: Atlantis*. Paul recently appeared in the blockbuster *Star Trek*, directed by JJ Abrams and guest-starred in the finale of *24*s season 7. He also co-starred in the Lifetime movie *Mom, Dad and Her* alongside ‘The Office' s Melora Hardin.
Other feature film credits include *A Dog's Breakfast* with Atlantis co-star David Hewlett, *The Deal* with Christian Slater and Selma Blair. *Jack* with Ron Silver, Stockard Channing and Anton Yelchin. *A Guy Thing* with Julia Stiles and Jason Lee and the award winning *See Grace Fly* for which Paul was nominated for a Leo Award, for his "heart wrenching performance" as 'Dominic McKinley'.
Television credits include lead and guest starring roles in *Da Vinci's Inquest*, *Cold Squad*, *Smallville*, *Stargate: SG1*, *The Twilight Zone* and *The X-Files*.

Rachel Luttrell as Theyla Emmagan
Rachel was born January 19 1971 in Tanzania and immigrated with her parents to Canada at the age of 5.
She studied ballet at the prestigous Russian Acandemy of Classical Ballet and studied piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Rachel sings soprano.
This musical upbringing has led to a varied of "triple treat" career in singing, acting and dancing, each of Rachel embrasesand truly ply a part in her success.
Rachel is well known for her role as Theyla Emmagan in Stargate Atlantis. She also played roles in ER, Charmed and Touched By an Angel. She had the lead role of Lisette in the miniseries Feast Of All Saints.
She also starred in Sleepwalkers and In The House.
She played with Gary Sinise in the movie The Imposter.
Her real life pregnancy has been written into the fourth season of Stargate Atlantis.
Son Caden Dar Bateman, born 12 October 2007.

Gary Jones as Chief Master Sgt Walter Harriman
Gary Jones was born on January 4 1958 in Swansea in Wales.
He moved to Vancouver in 1986.
He was an art diractor for a gazell newspaper before he decided he wanted to be a comedian.
He is married to Meg Cameron and they have three children.
He played the role of Chief Master Sgt Walter Harriman in the series Stargate SG1 and is one of only two actors who played in all the ten seasons of Stargate SG1 and all the five seasons of Stargate Atlantis. The other is Amanda Tapping.

Craig Veroni as Dr Peter Grodin.
Craig Veroni was born in Cape Town, South Africa and emigrated to Canada with his parents when he was 8 years old.
Growing up Craig was quite an athlete. He was a competitive swimmer and gymnast as well as competing in wrestling, volleyball and soccer in highschool.
He graduated highschool from Port Moody Senior Secondary where his passion for acting began.
Craig was trained at the prestigious Studio 58 Theater School in Vancouver.
He has worked extensively in film, television, radio, theater, animations and commercials.
He is married to Tamara McKay since 2002.
In Stargate Atlantis Craig plays the role of Dr Peter Grodin.

Claudia Black was born October 11 1972 in Sydney Australia.
She has one sister and is married to Jamie and they have two sons.
Claudia played in various theatre plays like *Spotlights on Women*, *Loose Ends* and *Picks Up* at Belvoir Street Theatre, one of the most prestigious theater companies in Sydney.
She potrayed Portia in a Shakespeare play called *Merchant Of Venice* when she was doing a theater tour through Europe. She made a great impression on the critics and was a finalist in the Globe Shakespeare Competition.
In Australia and New Zeeland Claudia become famous on TV with roles in *City Life* and *A Country Practice*.
She gueststarred in many TV series like *G.P*, *Police Rescue*, *Water Rats*, *Beastmaster* and *Hercules*.
Then the TV show came that made Claudia a star, after that she would be considered as one of the greatest sifi actresses.

Ben Browder was born on December 11 1962 in Memphis USA.
He attended Myers Park High School in Charlotte and earned a BS in psychology at Furman University.
Then he went to study drama at Central School of Drama and Speech in London where he met his wife Francesca Buller.
They got married in 1989 and have two children.

In 1999 he started to play in the SiFi series *Farscape*.
